To reduce them, include fiber and protein rich foods in the diet and start doing skin toning exercises like squats, brisk walking, jogging, breathing and Yogasanas. Apply Bio oil or coconut oil with aloe vera gel on affected areas twice a day after cleaning and drying the skin.
