Have all seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Have plenty of fluids and water. Have protein sources like eggs, beans, pulses, milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseeds. Avoid processed and packaged foods.
ShrutiMom of a 5 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. Try to eat in every 3hours if you are breast feeding. Eat healthy like dry fruits (almonds soaked in water with milk), you can have fruit chat, oats and Dalia is good(add veggies in it and don’t add much spice like red chilli powder however you can a pinch of Maggie masala that will add a flavour, too much of anything is bad). Drink milk at least 3 times a day. You can have normal homemade food just try to avoid spices (except Haldi,hing, coriander).
