A. keep tracking her weight ok. Well, this looks ok but avoid self medication. try giving proper diet n don't miss on dose in this. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

A. The weight Tells all the entire story so if your child is gaining say about 400 g minimum every month with the breast feed that you are giving to the child then that’s good enough that’s about it because that’s what I’m saying the weight of the child is going to tell it all
