#asktheexpert how to introduce bottle after5+? till now my baby is on proper brest feed..now I want to start bottle feed...but he refuse at each and every time ... start crying a loud.... please help

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. Dear mum, Bottle is risky because in spite of good cleaning, bottle can cause many infections in the baby. Due to easy availability of milk a baby gets habituated to bottle-feeding & subsequently refuses to feed at the breast. Bottle can also cause problems with teeth & can have deleterious effect on mother-infant bonding.
