Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children2 years agoA. Include garlic, vegetables with good water source like bottle guard, ridgr gaurd etc., You can also include shark (fish). All these help in secreting mother milk. And the close touch of mother with the baby can also induce. You can also consult with your gynecologist and get galact granules prescribed.
