A. Hello! You must give nutrient dense, home cooked meals to boost overall growth and development. Include paneer, ragi, banana, sweet potato, dahi, almond, moong sprouts in child's meals. Offer variety and try new recipes like - paneer cheese sandwich, aloo palak paratha, sprout dosa, ragi nuts porridge, nuts ladoo, fruits lassi etc.

A. good morning I would recommend that you try to give your child healthy carbohydrate including paneer and potato preparations coconut water and dry fruits you can try to give your child by white rice in the diet
