A. To increase height and weight of the child, it is important to include home cooked nutritious foods in the diet. Keep her well hydrated with water, fresh juices, buttermilk and coconut water. Include fatty and protein rich foods like rice, pumpkin, potato, avocado, banana, sweet potato, rice water, eggs, chicken, fish, milkshake withdrawal fruits, ghee and 500-600 ml milk. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks. Restrict intake of sweets, fried and packaged foods. Engage in physical activities like running, jumping, climbing, hanging, cycling, swimming and other outdoor games. Limit screen time.
