A. Your baby’s weight gain from 2.7 kg at birth to 3.7 kg at 1 month is healthy and suggests that feeding is going well. To gradually increase formula feed, offer small, more frequent feeds—typically every 2 to 3 hours. At 1 month, most babies take about 90–120 ml (3–4 oz) per feed, but some may need slightly more or less depending on hunger cues. Watch for signs like sucking on fists, restlessness, or rooting as signals to feed, and avoid overfeeding by stopping when the baby turns away or seems full. Always follow your pediatrician’s advice for feeding schedule and volume adjustments.

A. You really need to know this a minimum expectation of weight is 500 g in a month child is 1 gaining 1 kg which is much higher than expected weight which is extremely good so please don’t do anything extra to increase the way this is very very good
