Namaste Mom, By providing with healthy & filling feed for them, asof now excluively breast feeding is recommened, which can continue until 1 to 2 years of age. Though from age of 5 month onwards you can introduce liquid consistency diet , and gradually progress to semi solid to soft consistency foods, inlucde foods from varied food groups
