ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. baby is 3 month Weight gain depeens upon birth weight and maturity of the baby if the baby is active and feeding adequately don't worry about it feed for 10 to 15 min from each side

If No child is exclusively breastfed and still if your child is not gaining weight that means that’s quite an indication that your breastfeeding is not sufficient in this case the best thing you can do as of now is to start giving formula feeding to the child that is only going to help in better waiting for your child
