As far as baby is active, happy and playful with no pains consider the baby is healthy.. but weight gain is important.. so try introducing healthy options like ragi, dairy products like curd, yogurt & paneer that child would enjoy. Ask your pediatrician for tonics that work on hunger

please include natural probiotics and dairy products in your child daily diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi butter paneer ghee milk etc
please include green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet
please give daily sun light exposure
