You always try to feed your baby in a sitting position and this is the best way to feed babies. Avoid feeding your baby in a laying position. If your baby is taking a feed for 20 to 40 minutes at a time then you have to repeat the feeding in every two hours gap. Mother’s milk contains all the nutrition is baby needs so there is no need to give anything else.
