Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr old girl4 years agoA. it may be inf any . Diarrhoea may be symptom of any gastric infection . In this milk should be avoided as it is not digested well during loose motion . ORS should be given to baby to prevent any type of dehydration .
