ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. keep temperature checking 6 hourly.. give paracetamol drops in proper dose in every 6 hours.
Fevers higher than 101 F.for more than 3 days should be attended to immediately.
Dress your child lightly. Use a sheet instead of a blanket to cover her in bed.
Breastfeed or give your baby formula often to maintain hydration of body.
Give soft easy to digest diet.
maintain proper hygein.

Good morning
If the fever is above 100 F then u can give paracetamol to ur baby. Repeat the dose after six hours if fever comes again. Give easily digestable food like khichdi, rice curd, Banana, apple etc to ur baby
