If you are talking about your hair fall then I would say start applying onion and ginger juice mixture in the equal quantity into your scalp keep it for 10 minutes and wash it do it once in a week rest of the times you can put only onion juice keep it for 30 minutes and wash and start with Iron and omega-3 supplementsWrite Your Answer Here
