A. if child has completed six months.. you can start dal ka Pani or rice water and fruits purees.. you can also start iron calcium, vitamin d and multivitamins supplements regularly

A. hello mum you can give supplements like Iron and Calcium and start giving food which is rich in fats and proteins As your baby has completed 6 months you can start with Semi solid diet which is very light and easy to digest you can start with moong ki daal ka pani dal rice Suji ki Kheer custard porridge mashed potatoes mashed fruits
