Hi Are you should change it every three months if you are just feeding your child absolutely on bottle then you should change the bottles every three months and nipples will also be discarded that way and if you can find any other better way to feed your child with as of now other than feeding bottle then you can introduce it after the age of 6 to 7 months old self
