start other liquids like rice water or fruit purees or dal ka Pani..
slowly switch to semi solid fibre rich diet as khichdi dalia oats etc

Well It should be at least 4 to 5 times in a day the quantity is going to be depending upon the appetite of your child as to how much feed your child likes to have in 1 feet and you can give it accordingly to the child I really cannot tell you exact quantity
