Hi Siri entire site will come by the age of 2 1/2 to 3 years and you cannot be very sure about as to when is the entire thing going to happen they will come with that it has to come in every time somebody trouble other trouble is going to be there so this is how the things are going to come I just say that you can gently massage on the gums of the child on regular basis with your fingers
