We Normally believe that the child should have milk at least four times in a day even if your child is having 200 ML at one point of time then it should be approximately 800 ML to 1 L on an every day basis depending upon the appetite and liking of your child and also if you cannot give so much of milk try to incorporate about hundred grams of Paneer into your child’s daily diet
