also if it's viral infection or an allergy thefn there is no role of antibiotics.
all infection and illness doe not require antibiotics.
also dosage is given as per infection and type of disease. meet yourc dr for proper advice.

The doses of medicine can be calculated according to babies weight. If your babies weight is under five kgs then you should give around 0.5 0ML of drops and there is no need to give any other medication to your baby till it is not advised by doctors of first consult with you doctor
