ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. Hello dear Even for a cesarean surgery you need to have good blood level. Infact you will lose more blood in a cesarean only. More amniotic fluid may cause blood loss ,cord prolapse and other complications
