Q.
#AskTheExpert how many times a baby needs to be given food when he is 7 months old..I give home made cerelac around 50 ml in lunch time and either rawa or gehu pech at around 5 pm ..rest of the times breastfeeding

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom that depends on how well the baby is getting used to solids .. as per that gradually you can increase its number of meals so 2 to 3 main meals and 1 to 2 times snacks and in between your feed can be given

Author of questionMom of a 4 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. thanks Vandana mam..can you please suggest few options which can be added to diet..I give soup of dal chaval with either potato or gajar in lunch and rava/gehu/naachni ..the quantity of both meals is around 50 ml bowl ..is that sufficient?
