Sleep pattern of babies is variable proper sleep schedule of the baby will be able to be established only after 6 month of age in the initial one to two months the baby will sleep for about 14 to 16 hours minimum and slowly the time will reduce with age
Every baby baby has its own sleeping pattern,so to make the baby have a sound sleep you need to make sure that the baby has fed +egwell and is in comfortable position and surrounding temperature. Fix a regular time for feeding and sleeping to maintain regularity of the cycle.
Avoid noise and light around during sleeping and also avoid excess screen time.
RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 years agoA. It Should be a minimum of 16 hours in a day that is the minimum amount of sleep does a child should be having so is the child to sleeping for a minimum 16 hours and that’s very good and if not then you can talk to your doctor about it once
