POOJA GOSWAMIMom of 2 children4 years agoA. A 1 month old baby should be fed 7-8 times a day with every 2-3 times a day depending on latching time. You can nurse for 15 -20 minutes from each side and make sure baby latches properly to get maximum flow of milk. You should also feed atleast two times during the night too for full nutrition.
