A. baby is 4 month Weight gain depeens upon birth weight and maturity of the baby if the baby is active and feeding adequately don't worry about it feed for 10 to 15 min from each side

A. In 4 months, there is not much you can do to help the babybfain weight except to feed either breastmilk Or formula milk in every 3-4 hours. If required, you can feed once at night time too so that adequate quantity is given which will help in overall growth and development. From 5th month onwards, you can also introduce semi solid foods along with milk.
