Chitradevi PMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi Mom, The most common food allergy signs and symptoms include, itching in the mouth, Hives, itching and eczema. You can also do the skin test. This test involves placing liquid extracts of food allergens on your child's forearm or back, pricking the skin, and waiting to see if reddish raised spots form within15mins. A positive test to a food only shows that your child might be sensitive to that food.

After eating specific food child may have allergies to skin or Indigestion nausea or vomiting occur
You can consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment
Take a good care of your baby
Offer different varieties of food
Make meal time fun with toys and story
Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana
