#AskTheExpert how can I know she is getting full from feed . ? cz evening her demands of feedings increases. as compared to morning. I feel evening my milk is not filling her desire.

A. hi mom feeding pattern of baby keeps on changing have good proteins in each meals and hydrate well for better quality of milk stay and healthy
