Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. if there is the weight gain and the urine output of the baby's normal then you should not worry about it the baby is taking proper feeding and give a proper burping

if your child looks happy and active, gains enough weight, passes urine at least 7 or 8 times in a day,it indicates that your child is getting enough milk.
