#AskTheExpert How can I give cow milk to my 7month old daughter, can it be given directly or to be diluted with water?

A. No Cow's/animal's milk as a drink till 1 year as it has complex proteins difficult for babies to digest. give only breast milk or formula mik only at this age, However a small amount can be used in dishes like porridges.

A. Not cow milk is not recommended before 1 year of age...pls use formula...babies digestion system is not prepare to digest cow milk at this age. It may lead to certain issues and digestive issues.
