Just clean external ear with clean cotton cloth
To remove wax
Can use ear drops to remove wax as advised by ur pediatrician.
If still issue persist then
Get it check with ur nearest ENT specialist.
Check for ear discharge if any oy

no need to do this
if necessary I suggest you please consult with your pediatrician about this matter
otherwise you can use wax clean ear drops
please don't penetrate any thing in inner ear
