Sucking of finger may be due to teething. give cucumber sticks. carrot sticks beetroot sticks to baby for relief from itching
Check if baby has gastric infection or worms , then give appropriate treatment after Consultantion with paediatrician

Give healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables
Wash hands often before touching your baby
Burp well after every feeding
Take a good care of your baby
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge
