With milk intake limited up to 450 ml per day. may start cow milk.
Give all family food in soft n roughly mashed form.
No food restrictions, can give everything.
Don't cook separate for ur baby, give him or her same food what your eat . tc
RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 years agoA. Hi Madam there is no food chart that you’ll have to follow whatever you are eating yourself is a right food to be given to the child as well if your child is going to eat that much only know nothing can be much more healthier for the child message
