#asktheexpert hlo sir/Madam I wanted know about how gain weight of my son . because he is super active but he is not gaining weight . he looks very week. he takes every food to eat can u plz help me to how i help him to gain weight

If Active than the appetite of your child would be more so instead of giving three meals to the child try to give four weeks to the child milk at least four times in a day and fruits I think your child’s appetite is more than what your child is eating which is why the weight is not increasing
