#asktheexpert ....hlo sir gm...sir my baba is 5 months and 12 days old..can I start giving food to my baba..and they are twins baby

A. hi mom let them complete 6 months of age then start with liquids like rice dal water gradaully introduce one food at a time stay safe and healthy
