#AskTheExpert hlo... my daughter is now 9.8 yrs ... she has pain in her stomach after having meal and she says this frequently...whenever she takes food... what can be the causes of pain.. pls suggest

mam,causes behind this may vary like your Child's eating habit, indigestion, overfeeding, force feeding or Infection.
so first make sure your child chew food well.
don't allow watching TV mobile or any other gadgets especially at meal time.
don't force feed or overfeed your child.
include natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk banana etc in your child diet .
you can give two or three mint leaves with pinch of salt and few drops of ginger juice daily in morning.
