feed in upright position and burp in-between and after feeding sessions and give colicaid drops thrice a day.
once consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child

If the motions are little loose then no need to worry. This can be due to teething. But if the motions are excessively watery then u need to consult with your doctor for the same as he will prescribe medicine after the proper evaluation of the baby
