#AskTheExpert hiiii mam I am mother of 79days old baby and my milk supply is low I'm using formula milk to my baby can you please suggest me how to increase breastmilk

Have shatavari with warm milk twice a day to increase bm. The more you feed the more milk production will be there.
If u want to boost ur milk supply even more then plan a pumping session with PHILIPS AVENT manual breast pump to encourage your body to produce more milk.
