#asktheexpert Hii sir/madam, loukya is one month old girl she born at 36th week and her weight at the time of born is 2 kg .sometimes her nose is blocked .will u please give some suggestion to come out of blocking nose

Hi mom Try to keep head up position while feeding Give adequate feeding Burp well after every feeding Give adequate feeding Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation Take healthy protein rich nutritious food To increase your milk supply Maintain hygiene Maintain hydration
