ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom Has been advise gluten-free diet then you need to avoid foods which have gluten in them and this basically found in wheat so and its products should be avoided such as bread, cakes, , biscuits , roti , Puri , paranthas etc
They basically cannot digest the gluten foods so it is better to be avoided that’s the best treatment for them
