Neelam sharmaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy3 years agoA. milk kam hone ke bhot sare reasons ho sakte hai jaise stress, harmonal changes, not getting proper nutrition, deficiency of vitamins, etc
take a nutrition diet and also can take shatavari with milk to increase supply
