A. Hello ma’am No one can be sure about that because you can never come to know how much they speak is your child having but on the minimum side I personally believe at least 30 ML should be with enough for a child at that point of time so just try to give 30 ML and then see if your child is full with it for at least 2 to 3 hours minimum
