you should have a proper sitting posture as well as sleeping posture which will help in decreasing the pain.
for simple pain you can take paracetamol as well as you can take physiothxerapy.
meet your doctor if it is not improving.

If your leg and feet are paining then maybe it’s due to deficiency of magnesium mostly you can take an advice with your general doctor general physician they can tell you what is the problem before that they’ll have to examine you physically according to that further assistance can be provided sometimes it could be associated with your nerves as well
