A. Namaste Mom, You can include foods such as garlic , flax seeds, dry fruits, panjiri, milk, drumstick leaves, fenugreek leaves, jeera, ajwain or suanf water oats , etc . avoid gas forming foods , such as whole grains , like chana, rajam etc , cabbage etc

A. hello taking lactation medicine can improve the milk secretion.. if the breast milk is not sufficient you can give infant formula milk stage 1 using a m bpa free bottle like babyhug and nothing to worry about and not a problem
