#AskTheExpert Hi we cancelled 1 order on 30 th April and we order that on April 27th .. by mistake we ordered same colour so we cancelled at end moment but the delivery person gave that dress to us we said him don't give we cancelled but he took money for that and he gave us .... but now we can't return that order also and we can't exchange ...so please mam help us ..

A. Hello mom The delivery person don’t have the authority to cancel the product in such case you should definitely go through the app and return the product from the app only. Then only it will be picked again why you are picking address. And return will be done accordingly
