Samidha MathurMom of 2 children4 years agoA. the complexion of a baby totally depends upon the parents colour complexion. none of the cream neither any ointment or lotion can improve or change the colour complexion of a baby...and most importantly until the age of five year kids attend to change their skin complexion because of the exposure of of different baby products and heat dust and dirt.. and by the age of 5 year skin gets completely but then after it captures the real complexion. and if both the parents are fair in their complexion definitely a child will also be fair looking no matter what baby lotion or cream you use.
