#asktheexpert hi sir, my girl is now 1yr 8m old.She has only 8.5 kg weight. I think it is not a appropriate weight instead of her age. We still continue to give egg whites daily since she was one year old .Is it good or bad for her??

weight is good enough
nothing to worry
if child is feeling comfortable with egg on daily basis then it is ok
otherwise, better to give it twice in a week
give healthy diet like different pulses, beans, dairy products,nuts, dry fruits more for Healthy weight gain.
