My daughter is having stomach ache since yesterday morning, I gave her Rantac syp, gripe water but no relief.
Then in afternoon she had fever around 100 so gave meftalgesic, she got relieved with pain and fever and slept. Again she woke up with a stomach ache so gave lanzol junior and she got relieved very soon.
then again in night she got fever 100.8.
Now she was fine since morning but again complaining of stomach ache and having fever around 100.4
pls suggest

U Please consult your doctor I could be an infection in the stomach which is troubling your child do not self medicate your child and if you consult your doctor the right course of medicines can be suggested by the doctor instead of giving so many medicines over and over one time consult your doctor and get it over
