DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 5 months old and he is premature and now he has a cough and cold with a fever so give him syrup maxtra 1.3 ml three times a day and steam inhalation and frequent breast feeding

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr old girl4 years agoA. as baby is very small . only steam for now .Nasal block or congestion is due to the common cold and flu mainly due to season variation . Steam along with other home remedy like maintaining baby temperature will help . Other medications like paracetamol for fever can be given if any fever .
