#asktheexpert hi sir my baby 8month 20days old she weight is only 6.80 kg please advice weight gain food because everyone says my baby low weight I'm very upset sir please advice

Don’t be upset some kids are underweight and that’s normal but with a proper diet plan things can be taken care of so you can definitely go ahead with giving more of protein-based diet to the child and if needed just check with your doctor they can help you with the right kind of supplements to be used along with a balanced diet plan
